Tips for Virtual Meetings
Select a good place to take the video conference, ensure there is good lighting and no distractions in the background.
Mute yourself when not speaking.

Ensure your technology works correctly – log on and test early if you can.
Wear work-appropriate clothing.
Frame the camera correctly.
Look into the camera.
Pay attention – not the time to check email!
If you are taking notes, take them on paper, so you are able to focus your attention on the screen.
If you are the leader, manage expectations. Help guide the conversation, help call on people.
